1. Definitions

- “Client”, “You”, “Traveler” refers to the person booking or traveling with us.
- “Services” refers to all tours, packages, transportation, accommodation, and related travel services provided by us.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, email, or authorized representatives).
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required deposit and issuing a written confirmation.
- The company reserves the right to decline any booking without obligation to provide a reason.
3. Pricing & Inclusions
- Prices are quoted in USD, EUR, or EGP unless otherwise stated.
- Prices include only the services clearly mentioned in the itinerary.
Prices do not include:
* International flights (unless specified).
* Visa fees.
* Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, etc.).
* Tips and gratuities.
* Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or supplier rate changes before confirmation.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit (25%–50%) is required to confirm the booking.
- Full payment must be completed within the agreed timeframe before arrival.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
5. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellation fees will apply as per our Payment & Cancellation Policy.
- Some services (flights, peak season bookings, special offers) may be non-refundable.
6. Amendments & Changes
- Any request to modify a booking must be made in writing.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- The company reserves the right to make minor changes to itineraries when necessary due to operational reasons.
7. Travel Documents & Visa
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
- The company is not liable for any issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
8. Liability
- Best Choice Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies).
- We are not liable for:
* Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third-party providers.
* Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
* Personal injury, illness, or accidents during the trip.
* Clients participate in tours at their own risk.
9. Force Majeure
The company is not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including:
* Natural disasters.
* Political unrest.
* Pandemics.
* Government restrictions.
* In such cases, refunds or alternatives will be subject to supplier policies.
10. Health & Safety
- Clients must inform the company of any medical conditions before travel.
- The company is not responsible for any health issues that arise during the trip.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
11. Conduct & Behavior**
- Clients are expected to behave respectfully and comply with local laws and customs.
- The company reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a client’s behavior is disruptive or unsafe.
12. Complaints
- Any complaints must be reported immediately during the trip to allow us to resolve the issue.
- Complaints submitted after the trip may not be considered.
13. Website Use
- All content on this website is owned by Best Choice Travel and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
- The company is not responsible for any errors or omissions on the website.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected during booking is used only to provide services and improve customer experience.

15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
