Payment Policy
Last updated: May 10, 2026At Best Choice Travel, we aim to provide a seamless and secure booking experience for all our clients. This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for our travel services.
1. Booking & Deposit
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 25% to 50% of the total tour price is required.
The exact deposit amount depends on the tour type, hotel category, and travel season.
Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received, and a confirmation email is issued.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
* Bank Transfer (International & Local)
* Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
* Online Payment Links (secured gateways)
* Cash payments (for local bookings within Egypt)
All transaction fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the client.
3. Payment Schedule
Deposit: Upon booking confirmation
Remaining Balance: Must be paid at least 14–30 days before arrival, depending on the package
For last-minute bookings (within 14 days of arrival), full payment is required immediately.
4. Currency
All prices are quoted in USD, EUR, or EGP unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made in the agreed currency.
Any currency conversion fees are the client's responsibility.
5. Late Payments
Failure to complete the payment within the agreed timeline may result in:
* Cancellation of the booking
* Loss of deposit
* Repricing of services based on current availability
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation:
A- Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
B- Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before arrival will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
C- Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
D- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee applies).
Some services (flights, special bookings, peak season hotels) may be non-refundable.
7. No-Show Policy
In case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
Unused services are non-refundable once the tour has started.
8. Changes & Amendments
- Any changes requested after booking confirmation may incur additional charges.
- All changes are subject to availability.
9. Secure Payments
- Best Choice Travel uses secure payment systems to protect your personal and financial information.
- We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
